Thanks for visiting Shavers Creek Volunteer Fire Company’s Events page. Below you will find our fund raising events that we are having in the near future. We use these events to create income for the Shavers Creek Fire Co. Since we receive no tax money, fundraisers on this page generate a lot of our funds.
Winter Square Dances
Square dances will begin on January 9th, 2010. They will be on the second Saturday of every month thru April. Square dance will begin at 8 pm. The caller is Dave Heaton with the band Country Connection. Kitchen will be open.12 and under admitted free.
Next Dance Saturday March 13th.
Power Tool Bingo
Saturday March 6th 2010. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. first Bingo starts at 7:00 p.m. In the Shavers Creek Fireman’s Park Community Building Cost $20.00 for 20 games. Proceeds to be added to the New Firehouse Building Fund. The power tool prize for each Bingo game will be announced before each game. Food and beverage sales at the kitchen window

The Power Tool Bingo Grand Prize winner was Tim Hamman, shown with his new electrical generator. Helping to present the prize are the Shavers Creek Fire Queen Krista Hawn and the Little Princess, Mara Singer.

Shavers Creek Fire Co. Annual Sale will be Friday March 26th at 6pm.
