Thank you for looking at our building rental options. We have a large facility that can accommodate large wedding receptions, banquets, dinners, and parties. The building is air conditioned, and has a large parking area. It also has a built in sound system that offers a good sound quality throughout the building, wired and wireless microphones are available. Kitchen rental is also available at an additional cost. Large outdoor stage with roof and pavilion are available for large crowds.
We are located a short distance from State College, near Penn State's Shavers Creek Enviromental Center, and Perez Lake.
Directions
From State College:
Take Rt. 26 South at the bottom of Pine Grove Mountain. Turn right onto SR 1029, Charter Oak Road. Go 7 miles to Shavers Creek Fireman's Park. Look for sign on left.
From Alexandria:
Take Rt. 305 East through Petersburg. Go 8 miles to Shavers Creek Fireman's Park. Look for sign on right.

Rates:
- $250.00 for 2 days
- $175.00 for 1 day
- $100.00 for ½ day*
- $100.00 deposit
* ½ days are 7 hour slots between 9 am to 4 pm and 5 pm to Midnight.
Rules:
- Facility must be vacated by midnight of rental day
- Renter will forfeit deposit if facility is not left in same condition as it was found.
- For those renters not wishing to clean following their event, janitorial service is available at a fee of $100.00.
